Using a griddle on your grill outdoors is a great way to use your favorite space in the house.  You can now use your grill more often, and you get to keep all the heat and grease out of your house. Griddles come in many shapes in sizes, we recommend a stainless steel griddle that will help hold up to the elements outside.  They are also available in cast iron.  You can find them in different shapes and sizes to find almost any grill surface.
