ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are typically processed within 1 business day unless otherwise specified on the product listing.
• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday by 5 pm (EST).
  

FLAT-RATE SHIPPING

• All orders under $100.00 are subject to flat-rate $8.95 shipping fee, regardless of quantity or size (if your item qualifies to be shipped.)
• Bourlier's Barbecue and Fireplace Inc. reserves the right to choose the delivery type, carrier and service level of each shipment when standard shipping is selected.
• Items will ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
• Shipments can take from 3 to 10 business days.

FREE SHIPPING

• Applies to select items and sales $100.00 and up, if the product qualifies
• Metro Detroit Area Only items do not qualify for free shipping; typically it is stated in the product listing.
• Items like grills or fireplaces DO NOT SHIP, these are big-ticket items. (Please see table below for qualified zip codes that, for a fee, we deliver to.)
• Some products we can not sell out of the zip codes below, due to agreements.
• Items will ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

RETURN SHIPPING

• Return shipping is not free unless it is determined by Bourlier's Barbecue and Fireplace, Inc.
• It is the responsibility of the purchaser of the product(s) in question to pay for the return shipping and ship the item back in a sellable condition.
• If an item comes back in unsellable condition, it is within Bourlier's Barbecue and Fireplace, Inc right not to give a refund.
• If an item comes back damaged you may receive a refund with a restocking fee
• If Bourlier's Barbecue and Fireplace, Inc. determines that the issue was on us we will send you a pre-paid return label. (You Must Get Approval First)
