Any Realstone products cannot be returned as the manufacturer will not accept returns. Realstone Product is a natural product and is sold as-is. Factory warranty only, no implied store warranty. Insulator Jackets from any brand for grills or other outdoor kitchen products are not returnable, no refund will be given.
