Stock store items in the original manufacturer's packaging can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Stock store items are items available at our location, and items that do not have to be ordered.
No refunds will be given for used, installed, or “burned” items.
Special order items and custom-made items cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items are defined as: non-stock items that must be ordered and shipped to Bourlier's. This also refers to items that Bourlier's has vendors manufacture or custom make for customers. Deposits for these items will not be refunded. We will issue a refund or exchange if the item ordered becomes unavailable from the factory or vendor.
Note: Many of the items we sell are special order due to the custom nature of colors, sizes, and options available from fireplace manufactures.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you cannot return the item yourself, a pick-up charge will be deducted from your refund.
If you ordered an item from www.bourlierbbq.com and wish to return the item, you pay the shipping to return the item. Any purchased shipping via www.bourlierbbq.com or Bourlier’s Barbecue and Fireplace, Inc. is not refundable. If the error is www.bourlierbbq.com or Bourlier’s Barbecue and Fireplace, Inc. a refund is only given once the item is returned.
We do not refund installation and service call fees from contractors.
Gift cards and gift certificates are not refundable; they are only good for store credit.
If your item is defective, Bourlier's will over the counter repair or replace the item based on the manufacturer's warranty. After the first 30 days, the customer may have to return the item to the manufacturer or wait for a replacement to be shipped from the manufacturer. You will not get a refund.
Under special circumstances, Bourlier's may allow a returned item that does not meet the main criteria. Bourlier's would apply a restocking fee to that item. The amount is usually based on vendor restocking fees and return shipping charges. In these cases, only store credit will be issued.
Merchandise left at the store for a period over 45 days will be charged storage fees. Until the fees outweigh the value, it will be considered vacated, and will be sold to offset the fees, so a refund will not be granted.
- If your natural gas grill quick connect fitting is older or improperly sized for your new grill, an additional fee will be charged for gas work.
- Bourlier’s Barbecue & Fireplace delivers to your yard or garage, we do not handle inside deliveries.
- Your contractor or an outside company will be required to move your purchased products inside your home at an additional charge.
- Storage fees will be charged on items not picked up after 45 days.
- Deposits will be converted to store credit only, unless the product is unattainable.
- Deposits and products will be forfeited after 6 months if delivery is not taken.
- Price does not include installation. Bourlier’s Barbecue & Fireplace is not a General Contractor, but we can recommend reputable installers.
WOOD-BURNING FIRE PIT
(Protective coatings and fire resistant paint are usually applied, however, this may burn off, leaving fire pits susceptible to rusting.)
RESTOCKING FEES FOR IN-STOCK FIREPLACE DOORS
Any stock fireplace door has a $40 restocking fee for any door returned out of the original packaging. The door must be in a sellable condition to be returned.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
ANY REALSTONE PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED AS THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. REALSTONE PRODUCT IS A NATURAL PRODUCT AND IS SOLD AS-IS. FACTORY WARRANTY ONLY, NO IMPLIED STORE WARRANTY. NO RETURNS ON REALSTONE. OVERAGES WOULD BE EXPECTED BECAUSE IT IS SOLD BY THE CASE, AND INSTALLERS HAVE TO ACCOUNT FOR SCRAP. **NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND. **
Insulator Jackets from any brand for grills or other outdoor kitchen products are not returnable, no refund will be given.
Any Thermoworks item that is used, you must deal with Thermoworks. No Returns on Open Product.
GAS INSTALLATION IS NOT INCLUDED AND THE INSTALLER WILL COLLECT FOR GAS LINE CONNECTIONS, SERVICE, DOORS, AND MANTELS. BOURLIER'S IS NOT RESPONSIBLE, AND WILL NOT REFUND OR REIMBURSE ANY DAMAGE DONE TO PRODUCTS DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR ASSEMBLY.
READ YOUR OWNERS MANUAL, OR USE A CERTIFIED INSTALLER.
PRODUCTS ARE COVERED UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY. THERE IS NO IMPLIED STORE WARRANTY UNLESS PURCHASED SEPARATE. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS FOR SERVICE, EVEN IF IT IS RELATED TO PRODUCT DEFECT.

Offers a 5 year Warranty on remotes, Bourlier’s Barbecue and Fireplace, Inc. administrates for the 1st year, and after that you must contact Skytech at 855-498-8324
Any used product you must deal you must deal with Thermoworks. No Returns on Open Product.
Any problem with your Lynx Grill please contact Lynx directly at 888-289-5969. Lynx will then issue us a work order to repair your Lynx Product.
Refunds are only given once the product(s) in question are in hand by Bourlier's Barbecue and Fireplace or a shipping claim has been awarded.
Original shipping fees can not be refunded. If you received free shipping the cost of shipping the items will be subtracted from the refund awarded.

REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN ONCE THE PRODUCT(S) IN QUESTION ARE IN HAND BY BOURLIER'S BARBECUE AND FIREPLACE OR A SHIPPING CLAIM HAS BEEN AWARDED. ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES CAN NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING THE COST OF SHIPPING THE ITEMS WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE REFUND AWARDED. ALL SHIPPING FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. EXAMPLE: IF YOU BOUGHT AN ITEM THAT COST $100, AND WE SPENT $25 TO SHIP IT TO YOU, WE WOULD ONLY GIVE A REFUND OF $75.00 AFTER WE RECEIVED THE ITEM BACK AND IT IS IN SELLABLE CONDITION. RETURN SHIPPING IS ALSO SUBJECT TO THIS POLICY IF WE SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL AND YOU USE IT THAT SHIPPING WOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT AS WELL.
